Established in 2012, we have been providing bespoke property management services across the Scarborough area.

Based in Yorkshire, we value every penny and we know you do too. Priding ourselves in providing a fair priced service, coupled with being open and transparent in all we do.

We are passionate about taking the stress out of property management for you, which is why we offer a flexible service to meet your needs. We know needs can change too! Building relationships with our clients to provide an individual service is key– we don’t do one size fits all here!

Specialists in what we do, we don’t dilute our service by being estate agents or letting agents. We do what we say – we manage property (for a small fee of course).

Our aim is to find our landlords long term tenants, helping to provide you with the security of long term rental income. We think this is why over 90% of our clients are referred to us to take their property portfolio forward.
