We established our business when we couldn’t find the right property agent, letting agent or estate agent, that would provide the flexibility we wanted in running our own property portfolio.
OUR SERVICES
Our aim is tailor a property management service to meet your needs. Below are descriptions of the basic packages we can provide, but we would always recommend having a conversation with us and we can find the right solution for you.
FULLY MANAGED
As it says, we do everything! From property valuations to moving in (and out again) and finding new tenants. Keeping you informed every step of the way so you can just sit back and relax!
FULLY MANAGED
NO MAINTENANCE
As an experienced landlord you might already have a maintenance team you like to use. If you don’t mind the odd call from a tenant then this is the option for you.
LETTING ONLY
We find you the right tenant and sort all the paperwork and legal stuff. Once they are in we pass it over to you to collect the rent and deal with any issues.
TENANT FIND
We advertise the property, vet any potential renters and find you the right tenant. You then pass it your legal team to sort the paperwork. One for the experienced landlord (or part time solicitor!)
Whichever option you choose we will always be on hand to help with any questions you have. Your monthly statements clearly show all the transactions (and if you have arranged maintenance through us, we even provide a copy of the tradesman’s bill). We think the best approach to property management is to always be open and honest (we don’t do cloak and dagger here!)
